Made back when there was a "Sports Series" for Nintendo, 10-Yard Fight was the representative NES Football game. It shouldn't be, because this game is terrible. It looks like an Atari 2600 game, not like a NES cart. The game has no real football teams, characters, or real plays. It's just defense and offense, and offense only has two options: run and pass. But the worse thing about this game is the running speed. It takes about five seconds just to go 10 yards! Not to mention that the opposite team always runs twice as fast as your team.

I recommend: Stay away from this game unless you are a collector, there nothing here that can't be found in other games.

The Verdict: This game has no concept of the word "fight."
