Gary Kitchen's Battletank
Uh... How disappointing. The NES wasn't really designed to run simulator games. Not that Battletank was the greatest idea to begin with, although the player does get a sense of how difficult it is to pilot a tank. The basic plot of the game is you drive a tank around blowing up enemy bases, tanks, and helicopters. Kind of reminds me of early battle sim games like F-22 but a lot less complicated and also comparable to the NES's Airwolf. The game gets boring quickly and the helicopter introduced in mission three are almost impossible to shoot down because of the very limited maneuverable of your tank. Batletank is likely to collect dust on your shelf.
