Bump 'N' Jump

Based on the "classic" arcade game from the early 80's (in fact, a direct port of it) your girlfriend has been kidnapped (wow, new plot there) and it's up to you to drive to rescue her. There are a ton of enemy cars who will try to "bump" you off the road and thus to your death, but you can also "bump" them. In addition you can make your car "jump" into the air to clear obstacles and brutually crush the other cars. Well, you really can't do anything "brutually" in NES games except in Chiller and N.A.R.C. Oh well. Game is pretty solid in all judging fileds except the graphics are kinda bland and the backgrounds repeat endlessly like Spy Hunter. BGM is also the same 4 tune throughout the game. Also, this is the kind of old game I hate, the game tat never ends. In a way, I figure it's kind of sad, you will never be reunited with your girlfriend. THANKS FOR RUINING MY SENSE OF ROMANCE AND LOVE, BUMP 'N' JUMP!!! But, what the hell, i'll give it a few points because it's THAT retro.
